At Creality Falcon, we stand behind the precision and quality of our laser engraving technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the equipment is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely repackage the laser engraver and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking information for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
